Gold Award for Athboy Community School

  We are delighted to announce that our school has won a Gold Award for our participation in the Jigsaw One Good School programme. The aim of One Good School was to enable our school to share the responsibility for promoting and supporting youth mental health across the whole ACS community and to ensure better mental health outcomes for young people. Thank you to all Parents, Students and School Staff of for playing your part in our schools OGS journey, where all young people’s mental health is valued and supported. Well done to the One Good School Team consisting of Ms Evans (OGS Team Lead), Ms O'Hare, Mr O'Dowd, Emma O'Sullivan Meehan (6th yr), Ben Maguire (6th yr) and our Jigsaw Peer Educators Ethan Gilbride (TY), Ava McNally (TY), Abbie Lee (TY), Conor Muldoon (TY), Katie Delappe (TY) and Eoin Kelleher.    Our school will be able to avail of a continued range of Jigsaw programmes and workshops for the coming academic year will continue to enable our whole-school community to promote and support youth mental health. We will provide more information about this in due course.
